Cookie Notice
Last updated: 9 June 2026
This Cookie Notice explains how Hix Digital Ltd ("we", "us"), operator of Fernly, uses cookies and similar technologies on our marketing site (fernlyapp.com) and on the Fernly application.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file a website places on your device so it can recognise you on later visits. Cookies are widely used to make websites work, or to provide analytics or advertising. We use cookies sparingly.
Cookies we use
Strictly necessary — always on
These cookies are essential for the Service to function and cannot be disabled. They are exempt from the consent requirement under PECR.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |

Analytics — not used
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party analytics or advertising scripts on parent-facing pages. The marketing site at fernlyapp.com may use lightweight privacy-friendly analytics (e.g. Plausible) without setting tracking cookies; we will update this notice if that changes.
Third-party cookies
Pages that embed Stripe Checkout (for example, when a Provider sets up subscription billing) may load Stripe scripts which set cookies necessary for fraud prevention. See Stripe's cookie policy for details.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking the fernly_sid cookie will prevent you from signing in.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page when our cookie usage changes. Significant changes will be announced to Provider admins by email.
