You send us your details
Logo, brand colours, the holiday periods you run, the session times and prices you charge. We get it set up — usually within 3 working days.
Point your domain (optional)
If you want to use your own URL like holidayclub.yournursery.co.uk, just add a single CNAME record. Otherwise you'll start on a free Fernly subdomain. Switching later is painless.
Parents register and book
Parents create a free account on your branded site, add their children (up to 3), pick the dates and session times they want, and submit. They get an instant confirmation email under your brand.
Fernly handles capacity
If a date is full, the next booking is automatically waitlisted. You can promote anyone off the waiting list in one click. Cancellations don't auto-promote — you stay in control.
You invoice and reconcile
Mark bookings as invoiced/paid in the admin. Export a CSV by period or date for your registers and accounts. Fernly stays focused on bookings — it doesn't try to replace your accounting software.
